We work with farmers from all over the world to source our ingredients, including collectives in Indonesia and 4th generation growers in California. This allows us to ensure each is properly cultivated and carefully selected.
It also allows us to ensure everything we make is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined-sugar free.
We craft our chocolate using just 3 ingredients. We roast each and every nut. We don’t use any emulsifiers. We don’t even put oil on our raisins.

Why Coconut Sugar?
Unlike refined sugars coconut sugar is natural. As it’s lightly processed, it retains small traces of the minerals iron, zinc, calcium and potassium.
It also contains some short-chain fatty acids like polyphenols and antioxidants.
What we like about cocoa butter
Cocoa butter comes from the cacao plant. It’s a superfood powerhouse of antioxidants like palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid.
These are essential fatty acids but also have antioxidant properties. They help fight free radicals. It also boosts neurotransmission and balances serotonin and dopamine levels.
Why we love cocoa powder
What’s not to love? For one, it contains polyphenol antioxidants, which belong to the same family as green tea and red grapes. It also contains phenethylamine and that triggers endorphins and pleasure neurochemicals.
While there are a whole host of benefits attributed to this superfood, we’re just happy to sit back and enjoy its incredible taste.
Apart from their amazing taste providing the perfect accompaniment to our chocolate, we love that hazelnuts are brimming with nutrients, protein and fibre.
Amazingly, dry roasting them like we do brings out even more flavour.
A rich plant-based protein, peanuts are packed full of goodness like biotin, copper, niacin, manganese, vitamin E, thiamine, phosphorus and magnesium.
